Map It Out – Meet with our Pathway of Hope team to develop a personalized action plan.  

Stay on Track – Chart your progress and see your success with your dedicated team on a regular basis.

Pass the Six Month Mile Marker – See where you are at in six months and decide what’s next on your journey.

Look Ahead – Celebrate your success! Adjust any further goals. Encourage others.

Through your involved with the Pathway of Hope, you will be introduced to both The Salvation Army and other services that are available within your community to support your increased stability and increased hope.
