As London has many organizations/agencies/churches who support people during the Christmas/Holiday season it is important that you only apply to only one program for assistance to help us ensure that we can support as many Londoners as possible. 

Please do not apply to The Salvation Army if you will be receiving gifts or food from another organization in London. 

It is also important that only one member of your household submit an application and that you only apply once for your household.  Multiple applications from the same household will result in a delay in processing your application.

I agree with the following statements:

• I am applying for help from The Salvation Army London Christmas Assistance Program and my household has not or will not apply to more than one program for assistance this Christmas/Holiday season.
• All persons I add to my application live at my address and need assistance this Christmas.
• I will provide identification and confirmation of address for myself and all other household members I have applied for when I come to my pick-up appointment.
